Katelyn is originally from north of Boston and has been involved in hairstyling since 2004 when she started at one of New England’s top hairdressing schools. Since then she has remained as passionate as one can be about hair. Ambitious and detail oriented, she is continuously fine tuning her skill sets in both cutting and coloring. Particularly strong in color chemistry, Katelyn thoroughly enjoys personalized color analysis and suitability. Modern cutting and texturizing techniques is also a specialty. With close personal ties to the world of fashion and wellness, it seemed only natural that Alexandra someday find herself behind the chair as a hairstylist. After her start training under one of South Shore's finest, she continued climbing the industry ladder to James Joseph Studio of Newbury St. as a personal assistant to its Director( Igor Vasiljuk) and now into the heart of Newton Center's Fulham Salon. Alexandra's talent for bringing one's natural beauty to surface will leave you with not only a great new look , but knowledge on how to recreate your personalized style at home.
